The ChatBots in the three of our plugins share a lot of common features. They all support integration with DialogFlow and have similar admin features. But each was built for specific purposes and has the key differences in the usecase.
WPBot:
WPBot is general purpose and can be used on any type of WordPress website.
Special features: Site search, eMail subscription, Export eMails
AddOns: Quite a few ChatBot AddOns available and more coming soon!
Lacks: Tight WooCommerce integration. Product search (requires additional AddOn)
WoowBot:
WoowBot is built specifically for WooCommerce based eCommerce websites.
Special features: WooCommerce product search, Add to Cart etc.
AddOns: Quite a few ChatBot AddOns available and more coming soon!
Lacks: Site Search, eMail subscription, Export eMail (coming soon)
KBX Bot:
The ChatBot in the KBX plugin is a part of the KnowledgeBase
Special features: KnowledgeBase article search
AddOns: N/A
Lacks: Site Search, WooCommerce integration
