Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate small to large web solution projects
- Research and development of web applications
- Interact with foreign and local clients
- Improve company infrastructure
Educational Requirements:
- BSc (Hons) in in CIS
- Or BSc (Hons) in CSC
- Or BSc (Hons) in MIS
Technical/Professional Requirements:
- Object oriented, advanced level php programming with mysql
- Define development plans, associated milestones and ensure delivery on time and budget
- Solid working knowledge of xhtml, DOM, XSL, XML, JSON, XHTML, DHTML, JaveScript, AJAX , JQuery, Responsive design framework are necessary
- Good experience with MVC frameworks (CakePhp/CodeIgniter)
- Solid Knowledge and professional experience of working with Joomla, WordPress
- E-Commerce website development with Magento, Prestashop or similar framework
Experience Requirements:
- Min. 3 years of professional experience as a senior web developer on web projects in any Bangladesh based IT company.

- Age 20 to 30 year(s)

- Must be EXCELLENT and flawless in reading & writing English. Able to interact with foreign clients
- Proven track record of team leading capability. Able to work with a team and alone
- Capable to track bug and do advanced level of debugging for php/mysql projects
- Familiar with advanced level php/mysql and other web application concepts
- Advanced level of searching capability on the internet and must be familiar with different forums & mailing lists
- Must be organized and result oriented
- Willing to work beyond normal hours to meet deadlines
- Have clear idea about usability of a web application and international standard. Someone who can create and set new standard for the company
Job location:
- Lalmatia, Dhaka, Bangladesh.
Salary:
- Salary package is very attractive and negotiable.
Work hours and benefits:
- 10am to 7pm, Monday-Friday
- Two day weekends. Festival Bonuses, Performance Bonuses and other fringe benefits according to company policy
