Hi Nick,

I am not entirely certain what you meant by "hidden list/table". Simple Link Directory allows you to create Lists with Links to different websites and lets you assign the Lists certain categories. The Lists and Links are saved in the database.

Other features you mentioned regarding Occupation is not specifically supported. But we can customize the plugin to work it like the way you want. If you are interested, please email quantumcloud@gmail.com for a custom job.

Thanks!

Hi Jamil
I'm a marketer, not unfortunately a programmer, but would like to find out the following:
Does Simple Link Directory allow search, autocomplete, display of an item or multiple items from a "hidden" list/table of items (or hideable) which have pre-configured links.
What I am looking for is your Simple Link Directory to::
1)	allow a user to enter their occupation in a large search box.
2)	The search is then linked to a table of specific occupations (about 150) and will return items that match. So initially a "Consultant" would return a Finance Consultant, a Management Consultant, a Marketing Consultant etc. so that the User can select the most relevant item.
3)	The result is displayed and the User then clicks on the most relevant description to hyper-link to a webpage to proceed further with their quest.

I've installed the plug-in and watched/read all of your documentation.
. I honestly don't see where you add the links.
I expected to create link categories and then somehow have the ability to go to Live websites and add select pages/etc that would be added to the link directory.

I'm probably missing something obvious.

Hi Holger,

We agree. Expect to release the export feature by next week along with some more smaller features. Unfortunately, it is not possible to move items from WP post meta table.

Thanks

Hi Jamil, can you say something about the point implementing an 'export to CSV' feature? This should be a must have feature, at least in the PRO version. Rearranging lists and items is very uncomfortable an leads to unreasonable copy and past activity with the actual version.
Moving the items into a normal readable database table would be OK too.
Thanks

Hi Colin,

Really sorry to hear about the issue you are having. It sounds like a CSS conflict. Could you please email the page link to quantumcloud@gmail.com. We will sort it out. No worries.

Thanks!
