License Terms<\/h3>\n

A personal or professional license entitles you to 1 year of updates and support except for the Master License – which has no such limit!<\/p>\n

The licenses let you use the product, by you or a client, in an end product which the end users\u00a0are not<\/strong>\u00a0charged for. No license allows you to resell any of our products <\/strong>as is. However, you will be able to buy on behalf of your customer and work with them. The QuantumCloud License allows\/authorizes you to use our products.<\/p>\n

Our master license allows you to use and install the product on 100 websites. This is assuming you will be the one developing the websites for you or your clients, but it is still your license. In this way, you\u2019re \u201cselling\u201d an installation and *customization service to your clients using our product but they don\u2019t own their own license, nor are they eligible for customer support through us. Also, if you modify the core product code to remove branding or do something else, we will be unable to provide support for such customization.<\/p>\n

Why do you purchase a subscription plan?<\/h3>\n

The Personal and Professional Licenses include 1 year of \u00a0Updates \u00a0and Support. After the 1 year period, your Single Website License will expire and you will have no Auto Update or download access for the product\/products from your QuantumCloud Account Dashboard. However, the plugin will continue to work as is on your website<\/strong>! You will just be unable to download newer version or get support.<\/p>\n

WordPress is evolving daily. We need to keep our plugin compatible with latest WordPress, WooCommerce etc. Otherwise, the products will stop working. The subscription mode helps us keep our products updated and improving it continuously.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Before the term of 1 year expires, you will need to purchase an Upgrade \u00a0your License to receive any discounted price offered. If your License expires, or after the term of 1 year you will need to purchase a new license at full price.<\/p>\n

Will your card get charged automatically after one year for subscription?<\/h3>\n

No. You will be notified by email to manually renew your license. You can, of course, cancel any time. If your license expires, you can keep using the plugin but won’t receive any more support or updates.<\/p>\n

Including Our Plugins with Your Theme or Products<\/h3>\n

We are plugin developers and have several plugins that are suitable for use with other end products. Slider Hero<\/a>, Portfolio X<\/a>, Simple Link Directory<\/a>, WoowBot <\/a>and JARVIS<\/a> are some examples. If you are interested in using any of our plugins with your theme or other end products, please contact us<\/a> with any questions or feedback you might have.<\/p>\n

If necessary, we will work with you<\/strong> to make the plugins more suitable to meet your goals.<\/p>\n

We are open to deep discounts and other possibilities<\/strong>. But for use with your end products you must contact with us first and obtain a special license<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

      EXCHANGE POLICY<\/strong><\/p>\n

      Due to the digital nature of our product and immediate delivery via email, download link, or QuantumCloud account download access, we do not exchange Products or Platforms.<\/p>\n

      It is the customer’s responsibility to purchase the correct product.<\/p>\n

      *One exception: If you realize you have purchased the incorrect product, if you contact QuantumCloud before the product is downloaded, we can change the product\/platform to the correct one.<\/p>\n

      Modifications<\/h3>\n

      You are allowed to make any necessary modifications to the purchased products to fit your purposes as long as the changes are in accordance with license you acquire. Basically, if you just do not start (re)selling<\/strong> our product with some re-branding and modifications – it’s all good. However, we will be unable to provide any support when core plugin code or functionality is modified.<\/p>\n

      Unauthorized Use<\/h3>\n

      Reselling or redistributing our products without approval from our Company is expressly prohibited.<\/p>\n

      Reselling Your Website with Our Plugin Installed<\/strong><\/p>\n

      You can create a website<\/strong> with our plugin installed and sell the website for use by one client<\/strong>. This practice is fine so long as you are not bundling the plugin as part of a premium theme or another end product and selling that in bulk to end users<\/strong>. You will need special license for that. Please contact us for more details.<\/p>\n

      Installations<\/h3>\n

      Installation can be made by our installation service or by you. You may contact us<\/a> to use our installation service via the contact form.<\/p>\n

      General Information<\/h3>\n

      You may modify your product to fit the purpose or design of your requirement. However, you are expressly prohibited from redistributing or reselling our products without consent<\/strong>. One website means one WordPress installation.<\/p>\n

      SUPPORT<\/h3>\n

      The hours of Support are Monday-Friday between 10.00am-9:00pm (GMT+6).
      \nAll Support questions must be submitted from our       Support Desk<\/a>.<\/p>\n

      All Support questions will be answered within maximum of 14 business hours<\/strong> from the initial contact. Average response time is 2 hours<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

      TERMS OF SUPPORT<\/strong><\/p>\n

      Under the terms of Support we must be granted administration access to the Website, and access via FTP in which our product was installed.<\/p>\n

      If a customer denies access to the Website in which our Product was installed we can not offer any Support, therefore any claims to our Product \u201cnot working\u201d will be deemed null and void.<\/p>\n

      If The Client\u2019s website has technical coding, defects, damage or hosting problems not caused by QuantumCloud, we will not be able to offer Support or Fix the Client\u2019s Website.<\/p>\n

      Support includes troubleshooting any problem with the plugin, reply to any question you might have to use the product properly. Support does not include adding any new feature you might need, adding contents on your behalf, doing any custom works etc.<\/p>\n

      ACCOUNT\/SERVICE\/SUPPORT TERMINATION<\/strong><\/p>\n

      We, QuantumCloud, www.QuantumCloud.com have the right to terminate your account for any reason, at any time, without notice, at our discretion.<\/p>\n
